Returns

At Amazonas US, we have a standard 14-day return policy. However, for gift orders, we may offer an extended returns policy upon agreement with a staff member, which will be noted on the order.  If you need assistance with the return process, please contact us and we will provide guidance.

Here are some guidelines for different types of returns:

★ If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the cost of return delivery, but we require photographic or video evidence of the damage. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

★If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and if you ordered items from different warehouses that are being returned together, your courier may charge additional fees.

★The returned items must be insured for their full value in case of loss or theft.

★Please include a completed returns form with your return, which we will provide.

★In exceptional cases, we may charge a restocking fee.

★The items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
